A well established, 21 year old commercial construction company, PWI Construction, Inc., with offices in 4 states is currently expanding sales efforts in our solar electric division. The division sells and installs photovoltaic systems on existing commercial buildings. We do not sell or install residential systems. The target market includes both the private and public sectors. This position will initially focus on the States of Arizona and Texas.

Responsibilities:

• Outside marketing and sales to commercial building owners, managers & brokers.
• Prepare sales quotes for procured customers and follow through to sales contract.
• Present PowerPoint show to potential customers in person and by webinar.
• Represent the company in trade organizations such as NAIOP, ICSC & BOMA.
• Prepare monthly sales and marketing report.

• Bachelors Degree from a major university.
• Professional appearance and communication skills with an ability to make sales presentations to small groups as well as business executives.
• Minimum 3 years of successful business to business sales with a proven track record.
• Sales of photovoltaic systems, other commercial sales or experience in leasing, development or property management in the Arizona commercial real estate industry.
• Established relationships with commercial building owners, managers, brokers and developers.
• Basic to advanced knowledge of Photovoltaic systems helpful. Training will be provided.
• Experience in financial modeling.
